The project is designed with an innovative concept that optimizes the relationship between architecture and nature. Located near the city center, the building provides easy access to key areas and stands out in the urban landscape. The blocks are rotated to create a centrifugal wind effect, cooling the space, while one block is pushed forward to reduce heat from the west and conserve energy. Eco-friendly materials such as Danpal panels and triple glazing windows improve insulation, enhance natural light, and ensure year-round comfort. These elements contribute to an energy-efficient, sustainable, and comfortable living environment.
