An Yên Villas – Sự trở về giữa đại ngàn
Nương mình bên sườn đồi dốc dải uốn lượn, An Yên Villas là dự án độc bản được D2architects kiến tạo dành riêng cho một gia đình tri thức trở về sau những năm tháng viễn xứ. Dự án là cuộc đối thoại đầy tinh tế giữa ngôn ngữ kiến trúc hiện đại phương Tây và cái hồn thô mộc của văn hóa bản địa Việt Nam. Khước từ những khối bê tông thô cứng che lấp tự nhiên, công trình chọn giải pháp phân tán khối chức năng, nâng sàn nương theo đường đồng mức để giữ trọn vẹn những gốc cây cổ thụ và mạch nước ngầm của quả đồi. Hành trình tịnh tiến gần 100 mét dài từ chân đồi qua lối hành lang có mái che, hay những khoảnh khắc thong dong bên bể bơi bán lộ thiên, đều được thiết kế để chạm vào dòng chảy của xúc giác. Với bảng vật liệu chọn lọc từ bê tông trần in vết nan tre, gạch gốm mộc nung thủ công đến hệ vách gỗ biến tính đón gió, An Yên Villas không chỉ là một ngôi nhà, mà là một nơi trú ẩn an yên – nơi giông bão của thời tiết và áp lực ngoài kia buộc phải dừng lại sau cánh cửa.
An Yen Villas – The Sanctuary of Return
Nestled along a gently sloping hillside, An Yen Villas is a bespoke sanctuary crafted by D2architects for an intellectual family returning home after decades abroad. The project is a refined dialogue between modern Western architectural language and the raw, rustic soul of Vietnamese vernacular culture. Instead of imposing rigid concrete structures that disrupt nature, the villa adopts a fragmented, stilt-house concept, gently elevating its structures to follow the natural contours, preserving every ancient tree and underground water vein. The 100-meter sensory journey ascending from the foothill through a sheltered promenade, alongside tranquil moments by the semi-outdoor infinity pool, is deliberately choreographed to awaken the senses. Featuring a curated palette of fair-faced concrete with bamboo-woven textures, handmade terracotta bricks, and weather-resilient timber louvers, An Yen Villas is more than just a residence; it is a peaceful haven where both the elements of the storm and the pressures of the outer world must stop at the threshold.
