Nối tiếp với các dự án nhà ở, lần này chúng tôi chuyển mình sang mô hình dự án Nhà máy ở thành phố hoa phượng đỏ.
Khởi đầu từ một nhà máy khai thác và chế biến khoáng sản quy mô nhỏ, dây chuyền công nghệ thô sơ, trải qua hơn 14 năm hình thành và phát triển, đến nay, Nhựa Pha Lê đã sở hữu 2 nhà máy sản xuất và 2 nhà máy liên doanh liên kết, chúng tôi thật may mắn khi được hợp tác với Pha Lê group trong dự án Nhà máy ở Hải Phòng lần này.

Ý tưởng công trình xuất phát từ nguyên vật liệu từ “CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch (hay Taical) được sử dụng thông dụng nhất trong Pha Lê Plastics. Chúng tôi lấy hình thù hình tròn của những hạt vật liệu này để tạo tiền đề thiết kế cho công trình với những concept hình tròn từ ngoài lẫn trong nội thất công trình nhà máy.

Hình thù hình tròn không chỉ tạo nên một kiến trúc độc đáo mà còn tượng trưng cho sự liên kết chặt chẽ giữa nguyên vật liệu nhựa và quy trình công nghệ tiên tiến của Pha Lê.

Được thiết kế với tư duy mở, Showroom đón tiếp mọi người bằng sự tươi mới và hiện đại.Các sản phẩm của nhà máy được trưng bày một cách tinh tế và sáng tạo, từ các loại vật liệu đến các sản phẩm hoàn thiện. Không chỉ là nơi giới thiệu sản phẩm, showroom còn là điểm hẹn của những người đam mê kiến trúc và thiết kế, nơi họ có thể cảm nhận và tìm hiểu sâu hơn về công nghệ và chất lượng của sản phẩm.

Nơi mà sản phẩm không chỉ được trưng bày mà còn là nơi những ý tưởng và cống hiến được truyền đạt và chia sẻ, là nơi kết nối giữa người sáng tạo và người sử dụng, tạo ra một cảm giác gần gũi và chân thực.

Ở đây chúng ta sẽ cảm nhận rõ, công việc không chỉ là một nhiệm vụ mà còn là một trải nghiệm và bứt phá, nơi mà sự sáng tạo và tâm huyết của chúng tôi được thể hiện rõ nét. Mỗi chi tiết đều được chăm chút tỉ mỉ, từ cấu trúc bên ngoài đến nội thất bên trong, tạo ra một không gian làm việc năng động, sáng tạo đầy hiệu quả.

Với lối thiết kế tối giản nhưng không gian coffee vẫn đảm bảo sự thoải mái và tiện nghi. Được bao quanh bởi các cầu thang lên xuống và đặt ngay vị trí khoảng không thông tầng, không gian được tận dụng ánh sáng tự nhiên một cách tối đa, tạo ra một môi trường mở và thoáng đãng. Bàn ghế được bố trí một cách linh hoạt, từ các bàn riêng lẻ cho đến các khu vực ngồi nhóm, tạo điều kiện cho mọi người có thể chọn lựa không gian phù hợp với nhu cầu và sở thích của mình.

Khoảng không gian thông tầng với các cầu thang vắt chéo có lẽ là điểm nhấn thú vị của dự án này.
Là nơi kết nối giữa các tầng, giữa không gian trong nhà và ngoài trời. Là nơi mà con người và thiên nhiên hòa mình vào nhau, tạo ra một không gian sống động và tươi mới.
Từ đây chúng ta có thể tạo ra khái niệm mới cho một không gian làm việc đầy năng động và sáng tạo, thoát ra khỏi môi trường làm việc truyền thống.

Following a succession of residential projects, we are now shifting our focus toward an industrial typology with a new Factory project in the city of red flamboyant flowers.

Starting as a small-scale mineral mining and processing factory with rudimentary technological lines, Pha Le Plastics has undergone over 14 years of establishment and development. Today, the company proudly owns two manufacturing plants and two joint-venture factories. We felt incredibly fortunate to collaborate with Pha Le Group on this particular Factory project in Hai Phong.

The architectural concept traces its inspiration directly from the raw material “CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch (or Taical),” which is the most widely used component in Pha Le Plastics. We took the spherical form of these material pellets as the design foundation, establishing a circular concept that runs seamlessly from the exterior facade into the interior spaces of the factory facility.

This circular geometry not only forms a unique architectural statement but also symbolizes the tight-knit connection between raw plastic materials and Pha Le’s advanced technological processes.

Designed with an open mindset, the Showroom welcomes visitors with a fresh and contemporary atmosphere. The factory’s products are displayed in a sophisticated and creative manner, ranging from raw materials to finished products. More than just a typical product display area, the showroom acts as a rendezvous for architecture and design enthusiasts—a place where they can truly feel and explore deeper into the technology and quality behind each product.

It is a space where products are not merely showcased, but where ideas and dedication are communicated and shared. It bridges creators and end-users, fostering an intimate, authentic connection.

In this environment, one can clearly sense that work is not just a daily task, but an experience and a breakthrough—a place where our creativity and passion are vividly manifested. Every single detail is meticulously curated, from the external structure to the internal finishes, resulting in a dynamic, highly creative, and efficient workspace.

Embracing a minimalist design approach, the café area nonetheless ensures absolute comfort and convenience. Framed by surrounding staircases and positioned right within the central atrium, this space maximizes natural daylighting to create an open and airy environment. The furniture layout is highly flexible, offering everything from individual tables to collaborative group seating areas, allowing everyone to choose a setting that best suits their needs and preferences.

The central atrium, activated by interlocking diagonal staircases, is perhaps the most captivating highlight of this project.

It serves as a threshold that connects different floors, as well as the indoor and outdoor environments. It is a place where people and nature seamlessly merge, breathing a vibrant and fresh energy into the space.

From this design, we aim to forge a new paradigm for a dynamic and creative workspace, breaking free from the constraints of traditional working environments.
